Orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers. As a result, shipments may originate from overseas fulfillment centers.

Once tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. MontrealRose is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.
