Orders placed with MontrealRose are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During this time, your order is prepared, verified, and handed over to our shipping partners. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and local postal services. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


Shipping Method and Product Origin

All orders from MontrealRose are shipped directly from our trusted international suppliers. In some cases, products may be shipped from overseas fulfillment centers. As a result, customs inspections or import duties may apply depending on the destination country. Any applicable customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. The final shipping rate depends on factors such as destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. No additional shipping fees will be charged after checkout.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow some time for tracking updates to become visible, as carrier systems may take up to 48 hours to reflect shipment progress.


Delivery Responsibility

Once the tracking information confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. MontrealRose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect address is submitted, changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
