Return Policy

At MontrealRose, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This Return Policy explains the conditions and process clearly.


Return Conditions

Items can only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer. All return-related costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes return shipping fees, international shipping costs, and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by postal services or customs authorities.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain attached and intact. Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it beyond fitting purposes is not permitted.

Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes of the same product and returning part of the order are not eligible for return.


Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact MontrealRose by email within 30 days of receiving the item. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier. Please note that our suppliers may be located outside your country, and return shipments may be sent to an international address.

All returned items must be shipped at the customer’s own expense. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and proof of delivery. MontrealRose is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and provided it meets all return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.


Liability

MontrealRose is not responsible for lost packages once tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
